Jennifer Aniston, Chrissy Teigen, Gabrielle Union, Paris Hilton and Kourtney Kardashian are just a handful of stars who’ve opened up about their fertility struggles. The Hills alum Whitney Port is among those sharing their in vitro fertilization journey in real-time — and she recently revealed one must-have that’s helping her get through her regular shots.
The 39-year-old With Whit podcast host shared Dandi’s IVF Care Kit on her Instagram Stories, raving about the gifted item, “The heating pad is just IT! Highly, highly recommend. I use the ice square before the injections and the heat after.”

Port is married to former The City producer Tim Rosenman, with whom she welcomed her first child, Sonny Rosenman, in 2017. The High Confectionary creative director has been undergoing IVF for the last five years and documented the last two years of her journey with Perelel Health’s Fertility, Unfiltered series. Port and Rosenman regularly document their IVF appointments and experiences on social media.

Dandi in May launched the IVF Care Kit ($185), which includes a compression-style waistband that holds a cooling or heating pad to provide numbing or warming relief before, during and after administering treatment injections. The set contains one of each pad, a massage ball (for alleviating progesterone “knots”) and semi-permanent non-toxic “shot target” tattoos to help indicate the proper injection site. Kits also include on-demand virtual guidance during the injection process with registered fertility nurses.
Dandi notes that the IVF belt is not meant to replace the injection process and is designed to “bring more comfort and support” during treatments. Dandi adds that it worked with fertility doctors to develop the product over two years, and it can be used during egg retrieval and embryo transfer infections.

Olympic figure skater Tara Lipinski, who co-hosts her Unexpecting podcast with her husband, sports producer Todd Kapostasy, has also sung praises for the belt. The gold medalist also serves as Dandi’s Head of Community, noting, “my mission is to uplift women on this path and remind them that they’re not alone.”
Founded in 2021 by chief clinical officer and fertility nurse Leyla Bilali and CEO Jake Kent, telehealth company Dandi launched in 2023 with on-demand virtual fertility support, including live injection guidance and personalized consultations. The company says it will soon launch “a care platform to support all the unique aspects of your personal journey [such as] nutrition, embryology, surrogacy, mental wellness and so much more.” It recently raised $1.3 million in funding, per Beauty Independent.

The company debuted the year after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe vs. Wade, ending the constitutional right to abortion and giving states the authority to ban or restrict it. It’s unclear how new abortion laws will affect those undergoing fertility treatments. In February, Alabama’s all-Republican Supreme Court decided that frozen embryos are considered children and that those who destroy them can be charged with wrongful death reports CNN.
The kit is also eligible for FSA/HSA coverage. Shop the IVF Belt used by Port and Lipinksi and learn more about Dandi here.
