Autumn Came Early With Target’s $10 Bourbon Pumpkin Candle — Snag the Seasonal Scent Before It’s Gone
The retailer introduces its first crop of fall fragrances in the form of glass-jarred candles with stylish nods to Halloween.

We’re calling it now: Bourbon Pumpkin is 2024’s PSL equivalent.
As the years go on, Halloween and the introduction of autumn-inspired decor seem to inch closer and closer to the summer months (Summerween, if you will). Exhibit A: the return of Target’s viral (and now sold-out) eight-foot Pumpkin Ghoul. Exhibit B: modern farmhouse sweethearts Chip and Joanna Gaines’ newly launched fall collection.
And as part of Target’s latest Halloween drop, the retailer’s in-house brand Threshold released four limited-edition fall-scented candles packaged in spookily chic Halloween-themed vessels. Each two-wick candle weighs in at 15.1 ounces and retails for just $10. The fragrances include: Bourbon Pumpkin, Autumn Harvest, Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffin and Orchard Cider.

Threshold Lidded Glass Bourbon Pumpkin Jar Candle
Threshold’s signature Bourbon Pumpkin candle has spicy hints of clove and orange for a surprisingly refreshing aroma and is housed in a blue and white skull-clad jar. And if you’re into the fragrance but not the packaging, you can also purchase it in a pumpkin-covered glass jar in two sizes: 15.1 ounces ($10) and 21.5 ounces ($15).

Autumn Harvest marries chestnuts and baking spices for a woodsy aroma. The limited-edition Halloween version is contained in a black and gold vessel, but just like the Bourbon Pumpkin, you can score it in a leaf-printed glass jar in both 15.1 ounces ($10) and 21.5 ounces ($15).

The third candle launch, Cinnamon Pumpkin Muffin, is displayed in a red and gold spiderwebbed jar in addition to pumpkin-covered glass jars in 15.1 ounces ($10) and 21.5 ounces ($15).

Finally, Orchard Cider is a cozy blend of apple and mulling spices, available in plum and gold limited-edition packaging or apple-covered jars in both a 15.1-ounce vessel ($10) and 21.5 ounce-vessel ($15).
