T-Mobile is emphasizing just how speedy it is to switch carriers with a new program introduced at the epicenter of speed: the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. On the heels of the carrier’s headline-making free iPhone 17 offer (click here to claim), the company continues to entice shoppers to make the change to T-Mobile with what it’s calling “15-Minutes to Better.” Here’s the full breakdown.
At the core of the program, as the title indicates, customers can now switch to T-Mobile from their existing provider in just 15 minutes. Instead of physically going into a store, everything can be done online — at any time of day — through the T-Life app or T-Mobile website. This “Easy Switch” option also aims to eliminate the guesswork by providing customized insights and personalized plan recommendations.

Additionally, for a limited time beginning Dec. 1, T-Mobile will offer free same-day device delivery via DoorDash. Also for a limited time, the carrier is giving customers their brand-new phone — either free or at a steep discount — without needing to trade in an existing device.
And for those waiting on a new model to drop, no need to get the new phone now. Switch to T-Mobile with your current device, then claim a new phone promo any time in the next 90 days.
The “15-Minutes to Better” campaign joins T-Mobile’s newly introduced 2025 holiday deals (including the free iPhone 17 offer), and limited-time internet deals (learn more about how to receive up to $300 via virtual prepaid Mastercard here).
Visit t-mobile.com to switch online and to claim a free Apple iPhone 17 or Samsung Galaxy S25 smartphone for a limited time.
