Outer Banks star Madelyn Cline‘s glam is always spot-on. And as Revlon’s newest global brand ambassador, her glam is not only striking, but it’s also attainable. THR caught up with the actress last week at an L.A. event celebrating the partnership to break down the secrets to her everyday makeup along with her go-to evening look: Sunset Siren.
“Sunset Siren is the look that my friend and makeup artist Jen [Tioseco] and I came up with last summer … there was this beautiful golden light that was coming in the windows … so we were like, let’s do something that feels like golden hour, that feels really romantic,” Cline tells THR. “We started experimenting and I also love my eyes done up, so it ended up being this mishmash of sunset glow and siren eyes.”

The star of the show, the eyes, are achieved using Revlon’s ColorStay Multiplayer Liquid-Glide Eye Pencil in shades High Stakes and Queen of Hearts. “I love putting [the Multiplayer liner in High Stakes] on the waterline and just smudging it outside because it ends up extending the lash line,” Cline explains. She also adds it to the upper lash and then layers the shade Queen of Hearts onto the lid and blends. The pink hue brings some sunset-inspired warmth.

To finish off the event look, she uses the ColorStay Flex Wear Full Cover Concealer and ColorStay Xtensionnaire Mascara. Cline recalls the first time trying the Xtensionnaire Mascara and being shocked with the results: “I remember putting it on and it gave my lashes almost like this natural wing like I already had eyeliner on, and it layers really well too.”

As for Cline’s everyday makeup, she keeps it simple with two products: the Xtensionnaire Mascara and Gel Serum Blush. She says the Gel Serum Blush almost doubles as a highlighter, keeping the cheekbones dewy while giving the face added dimension, “like [I] just came home from vacation and got a little bit of a sunburn and a little bit of a tan.”
As for what else the actress is up to, she’s shooting I Know What You Did Last Summer for the rest of 2024. “We’re chasing summer all year, so it feels appropriate for this glam — golden hour forever.”
