At the root of the brand’s identity is the cable motif, inspired by The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The campaign almost serves as a love letter to the city behind this unique and coveted design code.
Chief marketing officer Carolyn Dawkins tells THR, “David Yurman was built in New York City by a family of artisans, so the city has served as a key source of inspiration for our work over the years. For this year’s holiday campaign, we wanted to honor our brand’s heritage and celebrate New York City as a quintessential holiday destination by highlighting our flagship store and magical moments of joy that occur in the city during this time. David Yurman’s legacy is built in sharing in life’s exceptional moments of joy, so we hope that our consumers feel as connected to this message as we do.”
