Drybar was born in 2010 as blowout-only salon for red carpet-ready tresses — and now, the Brentwood-born brand has enlisted its first Hollywood beauty insider to join its squad.

After launching its haircare line in 2013, the brand has tapped celebrity hairstylist Bryce Scarlett — whose clients include Hailey Bieber, Olivia Rodrigo, Margot Robbie, Brie Larson and Kaia Gerber, to name just a few — as an ambassador. (Drybar’s product brand operates as a separate business from the salon chain, which has served stars such as Kristin Chenoweth and Gerber’s model mom, Cindy Crawford.)

“I’ve always been passionate about the perfect (imperfect) blowout, soft yet full, polished yet lived in,” Scarlett exclusively tells The Hollywood Reporter. ”The kind of hair that just gets better the next day. Drybar has been championing the power of a great blowout for more than a decade and I’m so excited to have the opportunity to work alongside them to bring you everything you need for your best blowout.”

His top red carpet-ready trick? “My favorite way to achieve that full, but soft blowout is combining the Detox Dry Shampoo with the Triple Sec 3-in-1 Finishing Spray,” Scarlett explains. The brand doesn’t use ingredients such as phthalates, sulfates, parabens, keratin, nut and mineral oils, petroleum, keratin and other potential irritants or endocrine-disrupting chemicals.

“Drybar truly has the perfect range of products for every hair type and every blowout — and I’m so happy to get to work with them and show everyone. That a great blowout is not one size fits all. I’m excited to help people find what’s right for them and teach them how to achieve it.”
