It’s never been easier to take a page out of Bryan Johnson’s book, aka a bite out of his Blueprint-certified meal plan.
The biohacking poster child just unveiled a first-of-its-kind partnership with fresh meal delivery service Tovala. Available starting Thursday, Oct. 29, his official Longevity Meal line is the latest addition to Tovala’s diverse and ever-changing menu. The weekly menu will now include Johnson’s two always-available signature dishes — Super Veggie and Nutty Pudding — alongside a rotating selection of chef-crafted entrees that adhere to his strict criteria.

“In my protocol, every ingredient fights for its life” says Johnson. “For these Longevity Meals to be Blueprint Certified, they have to meet that same strict standard.”
Each of Johnson’s Tovala Longevity dishes is built around lean proteins, healthy fats and nutrient-rich ingredients and is free from more than 100 banned ingredients, with no dairy, artificial preservatives, refined sugars or hydrogenated oils. Meals are designed around specific macronutrient targets, balancing protein, fat and carbohydrates for sustained energy, with most offering eight grams or more of fiber and 35 grams or more of protein.
For context, just like Johnson is one of one, Tovala is quite distinct from its competitors. Starting with the similarities, Tovala customers pick their plan (the number of meals they’d like to receive each week) and select their preferred dishes, but unlike other food delivery services, all customers receive a special Tovala Smart Oven. With the quick scan of a QR code, the countertop oven runs a chef-developed cook cycle using precise heat and cooking settings unique to each meal. The Smart Oven has Bake, Broil, Air Fry, Toast and Reheat modes, intended to replace an oven, toaster, air fryer and microwave.
Tovala meals require just one minute of prep time and start at $8.99 per serving. The Smart Oven starts at $69.
