The Jinu figure will be available in a limited-edition design with demon patterns (there’s a one in six chance it’ll be in the box). Fans can also create a Demon Hunters version of themselves with Funko’s custom Pop! Yourself line that will feature new accessories inspired by Huntrix and the Saja Boys.

Hot Topic, Amazon and other retailers are also cashing in with new official merch for Huntrix and Saja Boys superfans, while voice star and K-pop veteran Kevin Woo (who sings as Mystery Saja) has also released his own merch. Fans are also creating unofficial products such as 3D-printed light sticks, posters, stickers, car shades, personalized blankets, party decor and more items on Redbubble, Etsy and other sites.

KPop Demon Hunters chronicles the adventures of Huntrix, a K-pop girl group comprised of three members who just happen to also fight monsters from the underworld. Netflix says the animated feature is now its second most popular English-language film. The movie’s soundtrack and its breakout hit, “Golden,” have also taken the top spots on Billboard Hot 100 and Spotify U.S. 50, putting the voices behind Huntrix (sung by EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami) and Saja Boys (sung by Andrew Choi, Neckwav, Woo, Samuil Lee and Danny Chung) and the soundtrack’s songwriters on the charts.

Netflix was quick to stock straight-from-the-screen merch at its online store with Rumi’s PJs (choo! choo!), Mira’s polar bear sweatshirt, Zoey’s tropical bomber jacket, Baby Saja’s pink argyle sweater and more movie-inspired apparel alongside Derpy Tiger plushes, stickers, posters, phone cases and more goods. The streamer also teamed with Samsung to offer exclusive KPop Demon Hunters themes for free at the Galaxy Store. Beyond Netflix, fans can shop official vinyl, T-shirts, hoodies and jewelry alongside unofficial fan-made light sticks at Hot Topic, Amazon, Etsy and other online stores.

One in six Jinu figurines will have demon patterns, while the Derpy and Sussie figure will glow in the dark.

It’s not the first time music-powered movies have released official products for faux bands – or even inspired fans to create their own goods. For Pixar’s Oscar-nominated animated film Turning Red, Disney sold concert T-shirts for the fictional (and Grammy-nominated) boy band 4*Town, whose songs were written by Billie Eilish and Finneas. The group was even brought to life onstage at the 2022 Unforgettable Gala when they performed “1 True Love” and “Nobody Like You” to a crowd that included Turning Red voice stars Sandra Oh and Rosalie Chang, Simu Liu and others.

KPop Demon Hunters (which runs one hour and 39 minutes) has been viewed 236 million times since its June 20 release on Netflix, making it the platform’s most-streamed film ever.
