Cherished holiday traditions: watching Christmas movies, building gingerbread houses, decorating the tree — and snagging Anthropologie’s annual beauty advent calendar before it sells out.

Year after year, customers anxiously await the luxe lineup of skin care, fragrance, makeup and more housed in limited-edition, artist-designed packaging. Many deem it the perfect holiday gift, while others consider it the ultimate life hack to stock up on best-selling beauty for less that one-third of retail price.

Earlier this month, the retailer released its classic 24-day lineup for 2025 ($98), and shoppers were more than pleased, calling it the “best advent calendar yet,” and “a tradition worth repeating.” Given the viral success of the annual offering, Anthropologie is surprising customers with a second cosmetics calendar for 2025 that’s half the size and half the price. Introducing: The 12 Days of Beauty Advent Calendar, a $138 value retailing for $50.
